I am an educational professional who believes in the power of people, the importance of education, and that continual organizational development is paramount for any successful organization.

I serve as the Director of Student Life at Heritage University and have broad leadership responsibility for numerous university operations affecting students outside the classroom. Since 2016, I have worked with student leaders, administrators, and staff to develop a wide range of social and cultural events that enhance student life. I provide assistant and partner with departments and programs, oversee New Student Orientation, plan school-wide events, and help coordinate various retention efforts for students and scholarship programs. I serve in various working groups and projects to enhance student services and coordinate efforts with the student government, administration, staff, and faculty.
I also serve as the President of the Staff Educator Senate at Heritage and am active in educational issues within NASPA, writing communication, conducting research, making University presentations on student life, especially service, staying connected, and orientation.

Outside of the University, I work as a freelance radio personality for the morning show on 92.9 The Bull in Yakima, WA. This provides me more opportunities to work with the public, interface regularly with community partners, and promote higher education in the community. I volunteer and am a team leader at my church on the Tech team, running sound for our lower auditorium at the downtown campus.
